Sorry.  Had to take off and get a little me time.  Got out into the world and lived life like a person that doesn't live in a refrigerator for half of the year.  And then I came back.

We are a scant couple of weeks away from everyone's favorite time of year, Summer Blockbuster Season!  A time when the magical movie pixies dust off their CGI machines and black books of superstars they currently have dirt on and give us the best (or at least the most expensive) movie-going experience Tinsel Town has to offer.

As we get into full swing, first off, Iron Man 3.  In this movie, everyone gets a suit.  If there's a dog in this movie, the dog will get a suit.

While rumors flowed rampant about the story and how it relates (or related to) the larger Marvel Universe, the basic story is T. Stark get's slammed early in the movie and then has to rise up to defeat the infamous Bastard Man (aka The Mandarin).  I anticipate what should be a very entertaining film based on the various trailers, clips and images that have made their way into the Web-o-sphere, despite the fact Jon Favreau released directorial control after making the first two what they were.   And as an added bonus, it opens on Free Comic Book Day so a lot of comic book shops will give bonuses for bringing in your ticket stud after the movie.

Not that this has anything to do with IM 3, but here is a prime example of how entertaining Robert Downey Jr. can be.
